When trenddata is not produced due to e.g. a technical problem this can be done later by following these instructions.
- Check for incomplete files:
> cd /data/trenddata
> ls -la | grep -v 48F | more
Ignore the files of the current day and, if existing, note down the days/periods when there were incomplete trenddata files (with less than 48 frames).
- Re-process the files. For this log into olserver8 as virgorun, then:
> cd /data/trenddata/repro
> vi FbtRepro.cfg
Modify the line with the "INPUT_FILE" keyword:
INPUT_LINE /virgoData/ffl/rawdata.ffl 786153600 93600
Set the GPS time and the duration (in seconds) accordingly. Remember to add 60 minutes (3600 seconds) before and after for each period. Usually complete days should be processed. Then run the process:
> /virgoApp/Fbt/<version>/Linux-i686-rh9/Fbt.exe FbtRepro.cfg
The processing can take several hours. At the end you should have got a new file (among others):
V-<gps_time>-<date>-02h00-48F.T
for example:
V-832982400-30-May-2006-02h00-48F.T
- Move the files accordingly:
First search the incorrect file(s) for that day inside /data/trenddata and move them into /data/trenddata/repro/trash. Then move the generated file into /data/trenddata.
Finally you can double-check the access rights, make a cleanup of the trash/ folder (files older than 6 months are not needed) and post an entry in the logbook.
