On-Call useful Info
The most frequent action you may be requested is to deal with servers that do not want to restart. Most probably they are still present on the CmNameServer list because of a RIO/WS crash or reboot. In this case simply do a cm kill <name of the troubled server> then try to restart it.- Eurotherm
