Information about WSR8 hardware injections
During WSR8 two injection sessions took place
Session#1
CB injections: from GPS 855105006 for 3500s
Lines injections: from GPS 855108506 for 100s
Burst injections: from GPS 855109032 for 2700s
Session#2
CB injections: from GPS 855272824 for 3500s
Lines injections: from GPS 855276324 for 100s
Burst injections: from GPS 855276896 for 2700s
Several kind of events were injected: the title in bold refers to their label in the FrSimEvent structures
- HI_CB: BNS events, m1=1.39, m2=1.47
nuLow=50Hz, optimal orientation
Nominal Distances(Mpc): 3.66 2.44
Nominal SNR: 8 12 - HI_Burst_DFM: DFM events, a=2 b=4 g=1,
Nominal Distances(Kpc): 0.27
Nominal SNR values: 25.0 - HI_Burst_Gaussian: Gaussian events, sigma=1ms
Nominal SNR values: 25.0 - HI_Burst_SineGaussian: Cosine-Gaussian events
Nominal SNR values: 25.0- f0=1000, 1300, 1600
- Q=5, 15 (6 types)
The SNR values are computed using the calibration performed before the run, at GPS 855091574 (2007Feb09, 22h33m37).
In addition to hardware injections, lines were injected during 100s at the end of each series of BNS injections.
For both instances two lines were injected
- Line1: Amplitude=4e-6V, Frequency=102Hz
- Line2: Amplitude=8e-6V, Frequency=352Hz
and are marked as HI_Line events in the data.
