Dear all,
as most of you know, sometime the lack/failure of proper alarm 
notification to the on-call persons causes some slowdown for the ITF 
operation/commissioning.
In order to improve the situation, I propose to have a dedicated meeting 
on this subject to discuss about the  present status of the automatic 
notification system, possible solutions, needed actions and related plan.
I proposed a date that is already fine for most of you: Wednesday 19th, 
9:30,  Meeting Room.
