#1 Presentation of the work done so far.
Francesco gave a general description of the work done so far.
- the applications were moved from SLVTF to OLSERVER13. The applications
have been left running off-line (together with all the other scripts) for
many days --> no major problems up to now.
- the database structure is defined;
- the WEB interfaces are almost completed; login using “active directory”
is being implemented.
- DMSLog implemented --> test & debug in progress;
- DMSPlot implemented --> test & debug in progress;

#2 Next steps.
- SLVTF has been configured to work with the centralized installations
(PHP, Apache, MySQL); tests have been started: Rodolphe will test the
“login” with active directory and Francesco will test the general
functioning.
- It has been decided to start to put on-line the new version of the DMS.
For the time being it will be used a fictitious account to test the
shelving/muting functionalities.
- Once the centralized installations will be fully tested together with
the authentication with “Active directory” and the DMS will be fully
tested we will merge the things.
- Gary will limit the access on MySQL on olserver13 only to a defined set
of users in order to make the system more reliable. The possibility to
limit the access on olserver13 itself is a long term activity and it
requires a more specific discussion with the computing group.
