#1 Presentation of the work done so far.
Francesco gave a general description of the work done so far.
- the database structure is mainly defined;
- the PHP script to translate the XML info into a MySQL db (as decided in
the previous DMS meeting)  has been implemented; --> test & debug in
progress;
- a new Detector Monitoring server has been implemented that directly read
the data from the db: all the past functionalities (Timedelay, Depend,
Alarm notification, …) are still valid; the shelving at the level of the
subflags is working --> test & debug in progress
- it has been identified some software packages that, thanks to this new
database structure, can be independently deployed: WEB interface, DMSLog,
DMSPlot, ALPDMS. Rodolphe at the moment is working on the “WEB
interfaces”, in particular is deploying some WEB interfaces to shelve/mute
the flag/subflags.


#2 Test & debug, access on MySQL on olserver13, centralized installation.
To perform a more specific debug it has been decided to start to move the
application from SLVTF to OLSERVER13. Gary will take care to limit the
access on MySQL on olserver13 only to a defined set of users in order to
make the machine more reliable; Gary will also investigate the possibility
to limit the access on olserver13 itself.
In the next days Gary will check together with Franco and the Computing
group if the centralized installations are properly working and if they
can be used from olserver13 machine.

#3 Next steps.
Francesco will complete the deployment of the new DMS system; in parallel
Rodolphe will complete the deployment of the WEB interfaces. Francesco
will start to work on the “DMSLog”: the code must be rearranged to be
compatible with the new structure and also a general improving is needed.
After this Francesco or Rodolphe (depending on the activities) will start
to work to the  “DMSPlot” and finally to the ALPDMS.
