Information about hardware injections done during WSR5
During WSR5 two injection sessions took place
Lines injections: from GPS 847239205 to GPS 847239305
Burst injections: from GPS 847239911 to GPS 847240811
Lines injections: from GPS 847414456 to GPS 847414556
Burst injections: from GPS 847414952 to GPS 847415852
The same signals, namely the same voltage samples as during WSR2 were injected.
Four kind of events were injected
The two values of SNR in parentheses refer to the two injection sessions; it is remarkable the much better sensitivity we had during the first session.
The nominal SNR values were computed using the sensitivities measured (by white noise injection) immediately before the hardware injections. These sensitivities are available in the files
file:///virgoData/Cali/sens_hFile847235120_11Nov06_00:11:42.txt
file:///virgoData/Cali/sens_hFile847409652_13Nov06_00:40:56.txt
Distance and HRSS are nominal too, because they are based on a 13µm/Volt characteristic of the North Input actuators.
The distance for BNS and DFM events should be the same as during WSR2.
In addition to hardware injections, lines were injected during 100s at the end of each series of BNS injections.
For both instances two lines were injected

The frame files were produced using the vega script parseHrec.C, which in turn massages the SimEvent information produced by the h-reconstruction on the basis of the Sc_Loop_In channel.
