Information about the CB and Burst hardware injections performed during WSR2
During WSR2 only one injection session took place
CB injections: from GPS 843170962 to GPS 843174573
Burst injections: from GPS 843178577 to GPS 843179488
The same signals, namely the same voltage samples as during WSR1 were injected, with the exception of the inspiral signal, whose end portion was shaped so as to get a smoother termination.
Four kind of events were injected
The nominal SNR has been computed using the sensitivity measured immediately before the injections, and available as text file /virgoData/Cali/sens_hFile843170641_25Sep06_00:10:34.txt.
Also distance and HRSS are nominal because they are based on a 13µm/Volt characteristic of the North Input actuators.
The distance for BNS and DFM events should be the same as during WSR1.

Event information in txt file: V-WSR2-Injections-25-Sep-2006-843170962-9000.txt
The frame file was produced using the vega script parseHrec.C, which in turn massages the SimEvent information produced by the h-reconstruction on the basis of the Sc_Loop_In channel.

- BNS events, m1=1.39, m2=1.47, starting at nuLow=50Hz, Nominal Distance=1.08214 Mpc, Optimal orientation, Nominal SNR=8.08
- DFM events, a=2 b=4 g=1,
Nominal Distance=0.17 Kpc, Nominal SNR=11.14 - Gaussian events, sigma=1ms,
Nominal HRSS=1.48783e-20, Nominal SNR=11.19 - Cosine-Gaussian events, Q=15, f0=920,
Nominal HRSS=3.1065e-21, Nominal SNR=6.38
