1 - For what concern the urgent works for freeing the INJ area, the path proposed by Massimo is considered feasible. To be checked the passage on the external side in front of 'Laboratorio Cavi' (Massimo has checked that passage and it seems OK, so we will proceed with this plan).

2 - For what concern the cables connecting the GPS antennas to the GPS boxes in DAQ room the possibility to simply move the antenna northvise till reaching the beginning of West Gallery (and cable tray fork there) will be explored. To be checked comparing existing and new length on drawings. Those cable removal and redeployment will be done at the same as backbone fibers redeployment in order to minimize DAQ shutdown time.

3 - As soon ordered cable trays are available, Massimo will then proceed with the installation on the agreed path and keep people informed once done.

4- Computing will take care of the removal of old camera coaxial cables (if possible/convenient this may be started  before  cable trays installation finalization) and the network backbone fibers cutting/patching/redeploying (shutdown time and duration to be announced)

5- If possible all those tasks should be completed within the beginning of May (target May 10)

6- We will meet in the coming weeks to check for general Central Building cable trays planning starting from Computing network requests drawings and assessment of existing cable trays availability/reuse. Date TBD (I am quite busy myself)

7 - We have anticipated that most probably the power supply cables will be running on cable trays placed at 2/2.5 meters from platform level either attached to the new scaffolding structures or to dedicated supports.
