I send you somes pictures and information about the private Ethercat network  will be use for the control of the Link and Gated Valves

EK1521.jpg  is the Optic Fiber coupler located in the head PLC   will be use by the VLI Box (see topologieVacuumNetwork.doc)
EK1501.jpg is the Optic Fiber coupler located in the remote I/O will be use by the VSR, VSS , VNIVNS , VWIVWS Box (see topologieVacuumNetwork.doc).

With the EK1501 we see 2 duplex connectors  (one for the previous Box and one for the next box).

Remark:
In the Ethercat network, the location of the boxes are not imposed, it may interchange the positions as a function of the ease of installation of the network.


For the installation at Cascina , the goal is to use the already installed boxes like VLI , VNI_VNS ......
inside these boxes we remove TBX modicon and replace it by PLC   or remote I/O .
