Some conventions adopted :
- in order to differentiate identical names on different locations, cable names are composed by : rack name + _ + cable name
There are exceptions due to too many characters in cable names, then only the cable label is reported. In these cases there are no identical names
- in case of absence of label the name will be : rack_name + _ + NN_x
